The Fit Kids after school sports program is one of the very best in the Frankfort and the surrounding areas. We have a wide range of options available in kids sports activities and options for various games. The facility has some of the most experienced coaches. Some of the activities of our fitness program include but are not limited to; (please note we mix up our sports activities daily)
Self-Defense through Martial Arts training
The kids learn best self-defense techniques in our Mixed Martial program with the help of some of the most experienced professional coaches of the art form. Kids learn and imbibe the self-defense techniques in the safest and secure environment, where they learn to defend themselves against bullying and other false practices. We teach Wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate and Taekwondo.
Everybody loves the game of soccer and if your kid has some talent with the ball then our fitness program led by best coaches around the neighborhood can contribute greatly in helping out your kid in honing the skills of soccer for the big games of elementary school.
The dance is not just an activity but a freedom of expression and emotion and our fitness program has enough options of putting the dancing shoes on for your kid. We have an experienced team of dance instructors and highly skilled choreographers that can help your kid learn the art of hip hop and even other dance forms easily
Cheerleading is no easy task as been termed by the outside world. The hard work and team work that goes into making a career in cheerleading should ideally start at the grass root level for kids that have an interest in the sport and our facility provides great mentorship in terms of cheerleading concepts in our fitness program for kids.
Kids Cross Fit
The CrossFit work outs of our fitness program involve a great range of body weight exercises for kids that are focused on improving the overall health and fitness of the individual. It is never easy to get kids to work out and our program consists of various beginner and advanced sessions where we never repeat the same workouts so the kids don't get bored. Plus we always add games into them so it's really fun!
Strength and Conditioning
The fitness program of the facility also includes activities and services of various strength and conditioning drills for kids so as to help them build stamina, strength, and endurance at the grass root level with the help of expert coaches available in our facility. Some activities include box jumps, push ups, squats, pull ups, sit ups and so much more!
Who doesn't love the sport of baseball? Start now by enrolling in our fitness program. We have some of the most experienced coaches available in our facility to help your child learn some tips and tricks along with other techniques of the game.
The fitness program at our facility also provides a variety of structured games. We exercise and play organized team activities that promote sportsmanship and healthy competition
If your kid has a certain liking for athleticism involved in pushing the limits of the body by doing back flips or cart wheels or any other activities. Our program can help your kid in learning the right technique that goes around in the practices of tumbling, gymnastics and other athletic activities.
The strenuous day of school life can make even the most energetic kids feel low and worn out. But if your kid loves basketball then the lost energy can come back to life in a breath and we have experienced basket ball coaches in our facility to assist kids in honing their basket ball skills without fitness program.
The fast moving acrobatics and gymnastics techniques that are involved in the sport are not easy to learn and our awesome coaches can help your child develop these fun skills with precision.

The program contains the latest and most effective techniques and practices for coordination, speed and agility that can play a big role in the physical development of your children in the most crucial and earlier years of motor reflexes and skills. Plus it will definitely help and give them an advantage with any current sports they play in.
